Whether on a busy street, at the office or workplace, in the garden or going fishing or other hobby, how many of us suffer from Time Blindness (Time Dyphoria)? My thinking is that no matter what the circumstances we all have limited time and unlimited choices for our activities. Should we call this prioritizing our activities?

Have you ever ruined a dinner or let a pot of boiling water boil till it is dry? How many times have you been in trouble at work or with a friend or family member for being late, or missing appointments? How often are we not aware of how many projects we have started and not finished any of them?

Today’s article has a plethora of solutions, how to’s and what ifs. ADD.org is a great resource for ADDer’s with nearly unlimited information, self help, webinars and support groups. ADHD time Blindness, How to detect and Regain control over Time.

My thinking is that we have really two fundamental choices, 1. Use tools, reminders, make lists, whatever works for you. 2. Change your envirornment and live off the grid, with no outside expectations.

HHHHHHHMMMMMMM, maybe living off the grid would be cool, but, I wonder if there would still be dishes to clean, equipment to maintain or other day to day tasks. Time is unavoidable, that’s for sure.

Amy Harper offers many books and information regarding “Time Management” tools.
