What is spirituality? Do I have to have a priest, guru, church, or any form of structured “Religion”? Are all religeous people spiritual and visa versa? How can we integrate spirituality if we are Gnostic (a seeker of truth) Agnostic, (knows there is a God, but not sure) or atheist ( this takes the most faith, beiliving in no God or path?) ?? How about if we are involved in a church but still feel disconnected to God or Creator or Buddha or Allah (choose your label)?
Wow those are lots of questions !! Huh!
Well todays article points out hints that this is what I call a Multiple, Multiple x 10 multiple choice question, with endless answers.
Dr Hallowell in todays article points out ” By giving myself a mission, and trusting the force of goodness, I try to bring order out of chaos and oppose the forces of evil and disarray.”
How we get to this decision is of course very personal and individualized. One of my spirtual teachings is “find a path and follow it”.
