As always, more questions than answers. What is spirtiualism? Are religous people spiritual? Can we seek truth from books, podcasts, blogs and searches with AI? Are all people inately spiritual? Can atheist also be spiritual? What can we do as ADHD people to incorporate spiritual practices into you lives?

Wow, if you can all these questions, please email, I’ll be curious what you think.

I found this article today by Louise Taylor, PhD. She suggests we include at least one spiritual practice daily. One of my friends is a recovering compulsive gambler. She does not believe in a traditional “God” or religon, but includes time in nature. “I go out and just sit by the river, watch and listen to the trees and water”. Wow, that sounds great! Do you have a daily meditation, creative practice, exercise or walk in natural settings included in your daily life? How is that making your life better?

Blessings for a spiritual day.
