ADHD Resources

Often people ask, what resources, books are available. Have you ever asked this question? Where do I find a coach? ACO is an international coaching membership found at the website: https://acoo.memberclicks.net/become-a-member

CHADD.org (Children and Adults with Attention Defecit Disorder). Founded in 1987 as a resource for people with ADHD. They also have a magazine

There is a membership offered.

ADD.org is a non profit web site with self tests, support groups, information and lots of really unlimited stuff.

CHADD international conference is Dec 3-5 Baltimore Maryland

My 3 favorites books are

ADHD 2 by Dr Hallowell and Dr Ratey

Hunters in a Farmers World by Thom Hartmann

In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts by Dr Gabor Mate

this is not specificially ADHD, but the concepts of Neurodiversity, trauma and Neuroplasticity resonant strongly. Also the effects of our cultural changes on the human condition.

There are many, many more resources, explore, use AI, ( that’s a new subject AI!)

Blessings
