RSD The elephant in the room

Reaction Sensitivity Dysphoria

RSD, isn’t it like an elephant in the room? Sometimes our RSD expresses itself on the outside, for me it can also manifest on the inside. How often do we perseverate, worry, rage, dream or relive events? Do you, like me, find yourself reading other peoples minds? How often have I thought my coworkers or partner were attaching me, even when they asked a simple question? How much time to we worry or rage about things that, in the end, don’t mean much in the big scheme of things?

Recently, someone that I am close to really insulted me… It was painful. After reflecting, reframing and rethinking, I made a decision that they were out of balance, not me. Wow, what a great nights sleep I had.

I’m attaching a website and a worksheet from Between sessions. This is a great resource for Coaches, therapist, clients and just any body, really. They have a free weekly news letter, as well as inexpensive memberships and other services.

Hope you enjoy
